My work supports people returning to their own knowing, the kind that gets buried under years of cultural messages, coping strategies, and all the ways life asks us to forget who we are to make it through. I love supporting mixed neuro-type and queer & trans couples who long to deepen their connection. I am also passionate about working with perfectionists and people pleasers who are craving freedom and joy. I offer neurodivergent, fat, queer, and gender expansive affirming therapy with individuals and couples. Therapy can be a magical container for transformation, and I'd love to facilitate that for you!
