I utilize EMDR, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, Gottman (couples therapy), and more. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and chronic stress so they can feel more grounded, confident, and connected. It is very common for us to reach stuck points in life. Feelings of hopelessness, fear, and uncertainty can seriously impact our functioning. Romantic, familial, professional, and personal relationships can trigger these states of mind in ways we never expected. The good news is we can treat these issues!
