I support adults working through complex trauma, late-diagnosed neurodivergence, and major life transitions in systems that don’t make it easy to feel safe, valued, or seen. My practice centers those who might have felt out of place in traditional therapy settings, especially women and queer folks, offering space to reconnect with power, purpose, and self-trust.
