I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, loss, or ongoing challenges with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and self-care. Many of the clients I support are looking for a safe, compassionate space to process what they’ve been through and to better understand their struggles within a larger context.
Together, we work toward healing, greater emotional clarity, and the ability to create meaning, connection, and beauty in their lives.
