My clients are busy professionals who don't have time for therapy but would benefit from the relief it can provide. If your schedule is demanding and finding time every week to go to therapy seems impossible, working in an intensive format can be a much more efficient and effective approach. I specialize in anxiety, trauma and preverbal (early childhood) abuse/neglect and attachment/relational issues, addictions, and performance. I frequently work with other health care professionals, executives, and folks in high stress, high demand positions. Because EMDR intensive sessions are not billed to insurance, no diagnosis is necessary.
