I have been working in mental health for 9 years and have a passion for helping people of all ages begin their journey of self discovery, transformation and healing to become the best version of themselves. I believe that every person has a story to be told and a story to re-write. It is with learning, patience and understanding of ourselves that we can learn to heal and create change.
