I created Columbia United Therapy Institute in order to bring therapy options to individuals who have found making time for healing and growing a challenge. My goal is to empower you to be your best self.

What's that? Imagine yourself free from dependence. Your anxiety, joy, zest, and self perception, untethered from any outcome. Imagine changing only one thing, and changing everything.

I bring over 7 years of experience in Residential Drug and Alcohol treatment. I also currently work PRN (on call) at the Lane County Jail, serving folks in high-needs environments. These experiences have honed my ability to sit with chaos, trauma, and Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) with steady compassion.

My path to therapy wasn't linear. Before my clinical career, I was a Software Engineer and an Instructor at MHCC.
