Hi there, I provide therapy services for caregivers, parents, and other important adults of current, previous, or future clients of Transform Youth & Family Counseling. Most individuals I work with have experienced painful life events, thus changing the way they interpret and react to their environment. Trauma & grief can alter the mind to "keep us safe", even using unfavored behaviors or emotions to do it. This can create a cycle in which clients feel "out of control", and because the brain has taken over to protect them, they are. We work together to gain harmony in the inner systems with healing & empathy.
