Conifer Wellness offers a wide variety of services. We provide therapy for individuals, couples, adolescents, and children. We understand how mental and physical health play on each other, so therapy can include discussing your medical conditions, providing education, and working to manage chronic conditions, if you like. You can request counseling that is brief and targeted, or it can be long term. Just let us know. We treat anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, relationship issues, phobias, anger management, and more. Other services we provide include a variety of diagnostic assessments/evaluations and skill-based group therapies.
