I am a clinical psychologist and offer individual therapy to adults. I specialize in working with clients who have difficulties related to the impact of traumatic events and have experience in evidence-based treatments for PTSD. I also help clients with grief and loss; phobias, fears, and anxiety; and stress from life transitions. In the past 15 years, I have worked in a variety of settings and welcome individuals from all backgrounds. My approach to therapy is genuine, practical, and collaborative. I aim to be client-centered with attention to creating a supportive and secure therapeutic relationship.
