Life can feel difficult when inner distress increases. If you would like help in navigating, I am an experienced psychotherapist providing in-person services in Beaverton and online in OR and CA. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, second half of life concerns, spirituality, relationship issues and life transitions. I provide a safe space for you to explore your deepest self. Together we work to create greater self-awareness, healing and meaningful change. We look at what is going on for you both consciously and unconsciously, so that you can remember who you are beneath the defenses that once kept you safe.
