I provide individual mental health counseling with a focus on treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders (Trichotillomania, Excoriation, Body Dysmorphic Disorder), Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic, Agoraphobia, and Specific Phobias.
I provide individual clinical supervision to Master's-level counselors working toward their LPC license in Oregon. Highly focused, consistent clinical supervision is a vital part of becoming an independently licensed clinician.
My practice is currently all virtual; however, I plan to resume offering in-person sessions again in late 2025 / early 2026.
