I use cognitive behavioral therapy to explore the meaning behind the pain, understand the reasons for the struggle, and create movement toward a hopeful future. I’m confident working with clients of all ages and have substantial experience with adolescents. In relationship and marriage counseling, I support partners in recognizing relational barriers, coaching them through conflict, and providing guidance during life transitions. My focus is on helping each individual within the couple build clarity, trust, and healthier ways of relating so they can strengthen their bond and face challenges together.
