I work with individuals and couples. I specialize in relationships, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, chronic pain and trauma. Each person has a different set of needs and issues to work through, and I meet you wherever you are. I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your situation. I provide a non-judgmental, safe, and compassionate environment that supports each client as a whole person. I am an LGBTQ ally and welcome all POC.
