I enjoy working with clients from all different backgrounds who are willing to make a change in their life. Counseling can be hard at times, yet very rewarding, and it is important to find the right counselor for you. I practice from a primarily Person-Centered background while including techniques from SFBT, CBT, REBT, and Gestalt. I aim to bring honesty, authenticity, and reliability into each session.
