I truly believe in the resilience we all carry within us, even when it’s hard to find at times. I work with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, disability/chronic illness, as well as those wanting to build self-confidence or trust in themselves, quiet their inner critic, or just gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
