Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a safe space to pause, reflect, and heal. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon with over 20 years of experience helping children, teens, and adults navigate emotional struggles, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a caring, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward greater balance and well-being.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and trauma-informed practices to meet you where you are and help you discover what works best
