Currently accepting new clients: I work with couples and individuals who are high-functioning yet feel stuck in patterns that create disconnection or repeated conflict. Many clients recognize that old emotional dynamics are influencing present-day reactions, even when those reactions no longer align with their values. Our work slows things down, creating greater clarity, stability, and choice in how you relate to yourself and others. My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and integrative.
