My ideal client is someone who feels disconnected—from their body, partner, or sense of self—and wants to understand what’s getting in the way of intimacy or fulfillment. They may be navigating desire differences, shame, or healing from sexual trauma. They’re motivated to grow, even when it’s uncomfortable, and want a therapist who’s real, compassionate, and not afraid to challenge them. Together, we’ll explore with honesty, humor, and compassion so growth feels both challenging and deeply human.
