I am passionate about helping folks struggling to heal from traumatic experiences and walking alongside those on their journey of recovery. I want to help adolescents and adults develop resilience through flexibility, gain clarity on what value-driven living looks like, and overcome barriers for achieving that life.
The more skills we add to our metaphorical toolbox, the more options we’ll have for dealing with life’s surprises. Similarly, if we keep ourselves open to the many potential paths forward in life, we’re more likely to choose a path in line with our values that leads closer to our desired goals—even when we face troubles
