I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, inner conflict, and complex trauma, especially when shaped by childhood abuse or emotionally unsafe homes. You might feel stuck in shame or pulled between parts of you that want very different things. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, understand your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of safety in your body, your relationships, and in how you relate to yourself.
