I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults who want to feel more present and connected in their life. I work well with creative minds and individuals emerging from high-control environments. Clients come to me with symptoms of dissociation and relational trauma, along with anxiety about their identity and personal beliefs. My approach integrates mindfulness philosophy, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic insights and somatic practices in an accepting, direct and self-reflective process. As someone who has navigated her freedom from a high-control religious environment, I bring empathy, understanding and honesty to the work.
