I love to work across the lifespan. I have worked throughout my career with all stages of life. I enjoy helping individuals find the strengths and skills to make their life functional and find contentment in the every day. My goal as a therapist is to be a guide for the life journey.
Although I do specialize in trauma and am a certified trauma therapist using many approaches including EMDR, I have extensive experience in many areas. I have had clients come to work on grief, finding themselves, relationship dynamics, interpersonal challenges, communication, depression, anxiety, attention issues. Just about anything.
