As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide professional mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. My belief is that each person is unique and that everyone has the ability to discover and create desired changes in their lives. I approach therapy as a joint endeavor in which you and I work together to understand your goals, uncover and approach difficulties, and move toward healthy functioning and personal fulfillment. I work with clients using an integrative combination of modalities of therapy(Humanistic, CBT, DBT, EFT, Psychodynamic), creating healthier ways of living, loving, and communicating.
