I aim to create an environment in which clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change in their lives. I view clients holistically and within the context of their environments, believing that clients are not defined by their problematic symptoms. While I specialize in anxiety disorders, I also address universal human experiences of transitions, loss, and relational challenges. I work with individual teens and adults. Overall, my role is to meet you where you are and to honor your experiences as you work toward your goals.
