I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and want to navigate how growth can feel in their life. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you are returning with new goals, my aim is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where change can take root. The adults and teens I see have left therapy relating to their emotions in a healthier way, shifted unhelpful patterns, or developed a deeper understanding of themselves.
