I specialize in working with teens and Generation Z adults using a range of therapeutic interventions. My work with clients has involved treating mood disorders and addressing identity concerns. My clients have been new to counseling or have returned to therapy, and are motivated to move forward. Over the years, I have worked with clients to address anxiety, binge eating, depression, gender dysphoria, sexuality, self-harm, shame and stress.
