In my practice, I utilize various modalities for a holistic approach that helps individuals and couples connect their past experiences to their present circumstances. My goal is to guide individuals and couples in creating the life they envision. I currently work with couples and female identifying individuals, ages teen to adult. I have a fully remote practice to allow you the comfortability to be settled in your own sacred space during our meetings.
