I am only accepting new individual clients (not currently couples). As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, it is my desire to help clients experiencing anxiety or depression, learn ways to not only cope, but overcome. I enjoy assisting clients learn healthier communication and conflict resolution skills, and concurrently learn how to cope with life stressors better. I strive to help my clients gain a better understanding of themselves, and their problematic and possibly self destructive patterns. Sometimes just a new perspective on an old problem can help propel us toward making healthy changes in our lives.
