As a multicultural Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapist, I take a collaborative relational approach. We will work together to bring forth meaningful transformation and healing. I help clients slow down and build an awareness of emotions and emotional regulation. I specialize in helping women of color, intersectional lives, and multiracial couples in the therapeutic process. I also have experience with a diverse range of clients with unique experiences. If you are new to therapy or coming back after a break, I know it can be hard to sit in the pain of it all. It would be an honor to witness your story and sit alongside you.
