My passion is working with clients who are wanting to work with me in their journey towards strong and positive mental health. It's an honor and privilege to help those who experience Depression, Anxiety, Trauma/PTSD, grief/loss and adjustment issues. I've also been known to incorporate a little humor throughout the healing process. I look forward to working with clients who are committed to the work we do and will continue to attend counseling even when the work seems very challenging. In order for counseling to be successful, there must be a mutual respect, and honesty is crucial to the therapeutic relationship.
