My name is Alissa, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C) with 12 years of experience in the social work field. With a collaborative, warm, casual and empathetic approach, I treat students/young adults and individuals in the perinatal phase. Clients often come to me feeling stuck, down, confused, anxious and uncertain of how to move forward. We work together to identify emotions, needs, barriers and a pathway forward towards improved understand and relationship with self and others. My goal is for clients to feel heard, understood, supported and ultimately to feel better.
