Many of my clients are people who are better at taking care of others than themselves. In my work, I will assist you to treat yourself with the same kind of consideration, compassion and empathy that you often give to others. In doing so, anxiety, low mood and the sense of not being good enough give way to feeling more confident and empowered. I use cognitive behavioral , solution focused, narrative based and positive psychology methods in my practice. We all go through many experiences and life transitions.
