I’m AJ Frithiof (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Utah. I work with adults who’ve carried a lot for a long time—adoptees, adult children of caregivers who couldn’t fully meet their emotional needs, people navigating substance abuse or dependence, and high-achieving professionals exhausted from trying to do everything right. Many of my clients also carry the impact of trauma that continues to shape their relationships, identity, and sense of self.
