I work best with individual adults who are feeling ready to engage in thoughtful, meaningful therapy. My ideal clients are often navigating the effects of trauma, dissociative disorders, or relational challenges, and are seeking a safe, supportive space to better understand themselves and their experiences. They tend to be introspective, motivated, and open to exploring both the pain and resilience within their story.
