My approach draws from a range of evidence-based techniques, with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and relational psychotherapy. I am also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treating PTSD.
