I’m an Australian Psychologist who relocated to the U.S., bringing a deep commitment to working with both individuals and couples as a Counselor. My work is grounded in attachment and relationships, parent-child dynamics, and the relational patterns that shape how we live and connect. I help couples deepen emotional connection and communication, and I support individuals who want to heal, better understand themselves, and relate more authentically and adaptively in their lives. I also have extensive training in parent-child therapies and work with parents to build secure, attuned relationships with their children.
