I primarily work with adults moving through life transitions, working on self-worth, or searching for meaning. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices. Therapy is about learning to slow down, tune into your internal experience, and build a more flexible, compassionate relationship with yourself.
