I have worked in the mental health field for several years, supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, existential concerns, and other challenges. I specialize in working with individuals across the disability spectrum, including those managing psychological, cognitive, physical, and intellectual disabilities. Living with a spinal cord injury, I identify as a person with a disability, which allows me to build deeper, more empathetic connections with clients facing chronic conditions, limited resources, and barriers that affect autonomy or quality of life.
